Dabble Cannabis Co. | Family & Growth

Growing a Legacy in Cannabis with Culture and Innovation

Dabble Cannabis Co., a Métis family-owned business based in Duncan, BC, is doing more than growing cannabis—they’re building a vision for the future. With support from the BC Indigenous Cannabis Business Fund (ICBF), the team behind Dabble has expanded their operations and is exploring new possibilities for cannabis tourism, sustainability, and community connection.

What’s Happening at Dabble Cannabis Co.

Led by Doug Davis and his daughter Alannah, Dabble operates on five acres of sun-grown land known as “Cannabis Valley.” Their approach combines traditional outdoor cultivation with innovative product development, producing high-quality concentrates like hash and hash rosin. But their plans go even further.

With help from the ICBF, Dabble is integrating cannabis tourism into their work through their on-site Hi-Point Guest Ranch. The vision? A full “soil-to-oil” experience, where visitors can walk the farm, see how the cannabis is grown and processed, and gain a deeper understanding of cannabis culture from an Indigenous perspective.

As shared in the video, “We’re trying to create something that connects people—not just to the product, but to the land, the process, and the story behind it.”

Empowering Indigenous Cannabis Ventures Across BC

The BC Indigenous Cannabis Business Fund is helping BC First Nations and Indigenous entrepreneurs lead in a rapidly growing industry. For Dabble, this meant upgrading equipment, enhancing packaging, and growing their business sustainably—with culture and care at the centre of it all.

By blending heritage with innovation, Dabble Cannabis Co. is setting an example of how Indigenous values can shape the future of cannabis in BC.
